What are the shipping costs?

The cost depends on the size of the order. You can check it just before paying. Depending on the selected type of delivery, the amount is between 9.80 and 13.90 USD.

Will my frame be packed securely?

Yes, we always make sure that your frame is safe during transport. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at: support@smartkiddoarts.com and we will deal with it as soon as possible or use the contact form below.

What happens if I make a mistake in my shipping address?

If you made a mistake in the shipping address, write to us at: support@smartkiddoarts.com immediately after placing the order. In the subject of the message, write "ADDRESS CHANGE" and provide your name, order number, and the corrected shipping address, or use the contact form below.

How long will I wait for my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and take 10 business days to be delivered depending on your location. Usually it is about 7-14 business days.

What is the return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days. The condition for a refund is to receive the goods without traces of use. Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the time the return is processed. The refund time depends significantly on the payment method selected during purchase.

**Please note that after 30 days from receiving your order the return will only be approved, if the product is defective, according to the rules and within the period provided by the provisions of law.

How to change or cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email us at: support@smartkiddoarts.com immediately after making your purchase or use the contact form. The subject line of your email must be "CHANGE ORDER" or "CANCEL ORDER" and our team will get back to you with further information shortly. If the parcel is shipped out already,  you would need to wait until it arrives and send it back to us for a change or refund.

*Smart Kiddo Arts. does not cover the shipping costs for returned products. Any shipping fees have to be paid by the customer.
